El Palmeral is a luxary villa in a modern Spanish style that was built in 2007.The lone standing house is located at the Siera Gelada.Observing the sun set behind the surrounding mountain chains is very nice from the pool terrace.You will inhabit a tastefull furnished flat.The rest of the house will not be occupied,thus,the big garden and pool are available to you only.Several terraces with tables,chairs and couches invite you to rest under palm trees,a 300 year old olive tree just arround the pool area.Everyone will find their favourite place here.The pool is fillrd with salt water-which is especially good for the skin.The garde kitchen ( with grill,kooking plates,fridge a.s.o.)invites you to cook and grill,the 2porches (covered patios)has a lot of shade and a second TV set.Here arround the pool you can enjoy the spanish summer.

El Palmeral is located on the slope of the Sierra Gelada-a ridge by the sea between the artist city of Altea and the coastal resort of Benidorm.The house is located in a quiet villa area.The beach is about 1 mile away.Supermarcets,restaurants half a mile.The recreational possibilities nearby are second to none.Tennis,Golf,horseback riding,water and adventure parks,marine zoo with dolphins and whales,beach activities and more.The surroundings are very diverse.The coast with its beaches,the vast,fertile Callossa Valley with fruit orchards (oranges,lemon,almonds,olives,nisperos...) and the overwhelming surrounding mountain range.Altogether,this area located between the costal city of Albir has a special mild and healthy micro climate.

Es ist wirklich so zauberhaft - den Bildern kann man trauen - verwinkelt, sonnig und schattig je nach Wunsch, heimelige Frühstücksnischen, ein Pool mit Meerwassergefühl unter Palmen und Olivenbäumen zum Sporteln und Geniessen, Sitz- und Liegeecken je nach Sonnenstand, ungestörte Nachtruhe dank Fliegengitter und kaum vorhandenem Anliegerverkehr, die vorhandenen Reiseführer und Landkarten ermuntern zu Ausflügen in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung, ...
