The farm consists of 115 hectares, cultivating mostly wheat, sunflowers, and tomatoes. It also has age-old olive trees. On the farm there are horses and lots of country animals. There are six recently restructured apartments, 3 of them with one bedroom, 3 of them with two bedrooms, all of them with satellite TV.

The village is situated within wonderful walking and trekking country and there are numerous spectacular walks on the doorstep. The breathtaking Maremma National Park is within an hour’s drive and a variety of activities are provided, such as Natural History treks and Night tours searching for wildlife. The capital town of wine-making, Montalcino, home of 'Brunello' wine, voted 'best wine in the world' is within easy reach. For more cultural activities, do not miss the Summer Opera in Massa Marittima's medieval piazza. Siena is within 1 hour drive, Florence 2 hours. Grosseto is the nearest city (20 min) and provides a 105 minute rail access to Rome and many other destinations. Piombino provides daily and frequent ferry service (transfer time 1H) to Elba Island and is 45 minutes away.
