Easy to find a few steps from the subway station U2 'Sophie Charlotte Platz'. Motorists take the highway exit of the same name. 100 steps away yu can enjoy the lovely park around the Lake Lietzensee, the only lake in the city center. Beautiful view from the balcony - 5th floor. Easy, safe access through elevator and video-controlled entrance. Quiet in spite of the city bustle through state-of-the art noise-protecting windows. 47 sq. m. Living room and bedroom with hardwood floors, high ceilings and stucco. A good apartment

For joining the conference held in ICC, we found the apartment near ICC with a nice walking along a beautiful lake. Across the street has a supermarket is very convenient to buy food to cook. In addition, U2-line subway station (Sophein-Chalottate platz) is on the same street with 3 mins walking. It was always our starting point to tour Berlin city for seven days. The apartment is neat and equipped which made our living comfortable. We did enjoyed the apartment and the trip.
Owner's Response: We try hard to offer our clients a rewarding Berlin experience in an easy going setting, and we are happy when we succeed. The location is indeed ideal with the relaxing lake area as close as the major metro line U 2. Foreign guests find Berlin books in English and French, and our original artwork is also often appreciated. Come and see for yourself.

A very nice apartment

The apartment is everything it says and more. It is spotlessly clean, situated in a pleasant central area and close to a U Bahn station.

Well within walking distance to Charlottenberg Palace (a must to see) and other varied attractions.

Some nice restaurants situated close by, a supermarket is across the road and plenty of pavement cafes for a coffee or a local beer.

Met at the apartment by Anna (the owner) given a comprehensive brief on the apartment and the surrounding area. Thank you Anna for your assistance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie entspricht genau dem
Online-Inserat.

Der renovierte Altbau und die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, man kann sich dort wirklich wohlfühlen.

Toll sind auch der um die Ecke gelegene Lietzensee und die gute U-Bahn Verbindung ins Zentrum sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ringsum. Lecker gegessen haben wir beim Italiener an der Ecke gegenüber.

Wir haben die Wohnung schon unseren Freunden weiterempfohlen.

Das Appartment ist einfach perfekt. Es ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und es ist auch sehr sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Viertel ist auch sehr schön und bis zur U-Bahn sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir wurden vor Ort bestens betreut. Wir würden sehr gerne noch einmal hier wohnen und wir werden das Appartment weiterempfehlen.

Este apartamento es perfecto. Esta equipado con cariño y con estilo y ademas esta muy limpio. Encuentras todo lo que necesitas. El barrio tambien es muy bonito y al metro se llega en 3 minutos caminando. Fuimos muy bien recibidos y atendidos durante nuestra estancia. Nos encantaria pasar otra estancia en este apartamento y lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.
