Welcome far from the small city Clermont l'Herault - newly restored house (finished 03/09) in the middle of vineyards between Clermont l'Herault and Nébian on a terraced vineyard (about 140m above sea level). - The terrain consists of 10000 m2 on the edge of the central massive. - The reconstruction of the house occurred according to the standards of building biology 'SBM 2008' with the goal of experiencing 'holiday culture in harmony'. - In the house there is not exposure through wlan, microwaves, etc. - Internet with LAN connection - Mini oven with grill and air, coffee machine are on site and a radio and TV through satellite with German radio and TV programs. - The beds can be separated - made of wood with foam mattresses.

There is no wireless, no microwave, Internet with LAN connection and a mini oven with a grill. -Fixed installed is an electric heating in the living room and on request, a portable heater in the bedroom. -The bathroom is equipped with a heater. Bedsheets, beach equipment, towels provided. -Washing machine and dryer can be used by the landlord. There is also an electric grill possible for the terrace or extras for specials. -Shopping facilities of all types 5 min. away.
