Property 10,000 m² completely fenced in, the house has 2 double bedrooms with bath in Suite, living/dining-room with SAT-TV, stove and open American kitchen (eating counter, dishwasher, cool/freezing combination, microwave, vitro ceramic, baking-oven, coffee machine, toaster, water digester and washing machine), al rooms are equipped with air conditioning warm/cold. Big terrace partly considered, garden put on, pool 4x8 m with entrance stairway and terrace with sun couches and garden furniture, grill place, beautiful, calm ambience, not observably, nudism possible, 1200 m to the beach, 1200 m to the shopping centre, 4 golf courses, 8 natural sand beaches, several yachting ports, riding stables and tennis facilities are reachable in 10 min by car. Ideal allocation with to 4 persons, possibly plus baby.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeitsreise im April auf dieser romantischen Finca verbracht. Wunderschön abgelegen mit eigenem Pool und Klimaanlage, das war schon toll und trotzdem waren wir auch schnell in Arta, Cala Ratjada und CANYAMEL: Unsere Erwartungen bei Haus, Grundstück und Innenausstattung wurden weit übertroffen. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch der Tropfsteinhöhlen von Canyamel.
Das Personal des Vermieters hat uns hervorragend betreut.
Vielen Dank für alles, auch für die wunderschöne Innendekoration und die Empfangsüberraschung bei unserer Ankunft.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
