Sehr gut beschrieben, freundliche Vermieter, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideal ruhig in einer schönen Villengegend gelegen und doch recht nah (ca 20 min an der Promenade entlang) zum Zentrum Cala Ratjadas. Perfekte Poollösung für Familien mit Kleinkindern.

ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.Es hat im Haus ein helles Elternschlafzimmer mit einem Wasserbett. Das Kinderzimmer ist relativ klein mit einem Etagenbett. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind sehr groß, die Terrasse (Innenhof)ist toll und nicht einsehbar (sehr erholsam). Der Pool ist mit im Innenhof und überdacht. Eine tolle Abkühlung und Spaß für Kinder. Bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter, bis zum Strand ca noch 10 Minuten zu Fuss an der Promenade entlang (sehr schön!). Das Studio ist sehr einfach aber zweckmässig ausgestattet. (Bettmatratze eher weicher).
Lidl und weitere große Lebensmittelläden in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Ohne Klimaanlage kann es nachts schon mal heiß werden, aber dafür fährt man ja in den Süden! Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus, was wunderbar ging.

Erholung pur

Wir haben im Hochsommer 2009 für eine Woche mit 2 Familien mit jeweils einem Kind hier unseren Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Trotzdem haben wir uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten. Der gemütliche Außenbereich mit schöner Sitzecke und Grill hatte es uns angetan. Selbst der Pool, obwohl nicht wie üblich im Boden eingelassen, hat bei uns allen für willkommene Abkühlung gesorgt. Bei den sehr heißen Temeraturen im Juli hätte eine Klimaanlage uns wunschlos glücklich gemacht.
Obwohl wir einen Leihwagen hatten, sind wir fast immer über die schön angelegte neue Promenade in ca. 20 Minuten zum Hafen gelaufen, um uns in den Restaurants verwöhnen zu lassen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben gewesen war und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
