The finca Los Pinos is located about 6 km outside of Sineu on a hill with a beautiful view of the landscape of the surrounding nature. From the pool you can enjoy the view up to the Tramuntana mountains. A covered and multiple sun patios, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, offer you idyllic spaces to relax. A lawn by the pool and the walled BBQ area round off the offer in the outdoor area. The house is lovely furnished and is comfortably well-lit through many windows and patio doors. The larger bedroom has closets and an en suite bathroom. The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and German satellite TV. The open and modernly designed kitchen is comfortably equipped and has a dishwasher, large freezer-refrigerator combo, stove with oven and washing machine. Here no wishes remain open. Enjoy your well-deserved holiday in this enchanting Mediterranean oasis.

Sineu is one of the original villages in the middle of the island, it is the perfect starting point for all types of activities. The distance from the airport and to Palma is 30 minutes, to the closest beach in the bay of Alcudia it is only 20 minutes by car - each through well-built connections. Sineu has a train connection (Palma Manacor). In the village itself you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities (multiple supermarkets) and a few historical attractions. Every Wednesday the famous historic market occurs. THe many bars with their patios invite you to unwind during the day and evening, whether with a tasty cafe con leche or a copa de vino!

Los Pinos - Eine Finca für einen Traumurlaub!

Wir haben Ende September/Anfang Oktober 2009 zu zweit 11 herrliche Tage in dieser Finca verbracht. Die Angaben im Inserat waren absolut korrekt und die Finca samt Pool und Garten ist noch schöner als aus den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Anwesen war sauber und gut gepflegt, es gab gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Buchung war problemlos, das Service-Team vor Ort ausgesprochen nett und freundlich und wir können allen Beteiligten nur ein herzliches Dankeschön sagen für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Los Pinos!

Wir haben besonders den tollen Ausblick und die absolute Ruhe dort genossen. Die besonders liebe Finca-Katze hat oft bei uns gesessen, was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat.

Alles in allem können wir diese Finca jedem empfehlen, der in gepflegter Atmosphäre und herrlicher Landschaft Urlaub machen möchte. Die Lage in der Inselmitte bietet den Vorteil, dass alle attraktiven Ziele mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind, von hier aus kann man beispielsweise sehr schöne Bergtouren unternehmen. Wir würden nächstes Jahr gern wieder diese Finca buchen, aber leider ist der September schon ausgebucht, doch irgendwann kommen wir bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten die Finca Los Pinos Anfang September 2009 für 10 Tage gemietet. Die hier gezeigten Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Finca befindet sich auf einem grossen Grundstück inmitten der Natur, und ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es ist Alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Aussenbereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist phantastisch. Die Finca liegt auf einem Hügel und bietet herrliche Ausblicke bis zur Tramuntana. Von der Terasse geniesst man wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Die Finca ist für vier Personen gut geeignet (wir waren zu zweit). Die Abwicklung (Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe usw.) verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
