The generous 2400sqm of living area offer ample room for up to 8 people. The Villa has 4 bedrooms with large walk-In-Closets and 2 bathrooms. The high ceilings and the elegant, bright and contemporary furnishing complete the picture of the Villa. The Florida room with canal view features also a TV and a DVD/CD-player with surround sound. There is also a PC with printer for free high speed internet access. The dining room is adjacent to the game-room with a professional billard table, chess and backgammon. A cosy reading corner is yours for reading a book whilw overlooking the pool and canal. The Pool (25x15Ft) is covered by a screen and heated with a heat pump. The boatdock allows fishing in the canal, turtle watching or enjoing terrific sunsets while sipping on a sundowner. Or rent a boat to use the direct access location and get within 10 minutes to the river which leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico. Shops, restaurants and Walmart is within walking distance from the villa.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
