This sunny holiday apartment is newly furnished and is located on the 5th floor of a rental house in a Wilhelminian style in an excellent central location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, dishes, pots and dining table for 6 people. In the living room there is a high-quality leather sofa bed for 2 people. Children's bed and travel bed and a high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower bathtub, a WC, spacious sink and a washing machine with a dryer. Furthermore, there is a TV, hifi system, telephone, radio alarm, hair dryer and iron. The spacious roof terrace is located facing the south. Parking is possible on Stephanstraße, pets not welcome, not ideal for older people and handicapped individuals. There is no elevator available.

The roof apartment is located in the lively Stephankiez in Moabit. In the inner courtyard of Remise the commune I made mischief here in the end of the 60s. With the bus line M123 you can get to the new train station in only a few minutes. From there you can go on a walk along the Spree to discover the government district - a must for each Berlin guest. The historical Berlin (Under den Linden, Gendarmenmarkt, etc.) invites you after going through the Reichtag with its gigantic view and a wind of fresh air in the beautiful beer gardens and cafes along the Spree after a walk. Also, the city west with with the famous Kudamm, train station Zoo, memorial church and KaDeWe can be comfortably reached from the nearby subway station Birkenstraße. Do not forget a visit to the Prenzlauer mountain with its scene locals and the Hackeschen market, which can be reached in a few minutes by bus and subway.

Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung und haben alles vorgefunden, was man sich wünscht: Kinderbett, Kinderhochstuh, Spielsachen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kindergeschirr....
Es war sehr angenehm leise in der Wohnung
S- und U-Bahn waren jeweils 7 min entfernt
alles war bestens

Berlin erholsam mit Kindern genießen!

Wir waren 6 Personen (2 Erw., 4 Kinder). Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet, absolut kinderfreundlich und liegt zentral, so dass man auch ohne Auto überall hinkommt. S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt´s um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet, und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Man merkt sofort, dass sich hier viel Mühe gegeben wird, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen! (Mikrowelle, Handtücher, Fön, Spülmaschinentabs, ....).
Fernseher, Musikanlage, Zeitschriften und Spiele machen auch einen Regentag oder einen Tag mal ohne Sightseeingtour zu einem gelungenen, entspannten Urlaubstag in Berlin. Und für die Kinder ist der Spielplatz um die Ecke!

Auch vorher war der Kontakt bei Fragen, die wir vor der Buchung bzw. bei der Vorbereitung der Reise hatten, sofort da und alle Fragen wurden geklärt.

Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit jedem empfehlen!

Ruhige Dachwohnung in Moabit

Praktisch eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist prima (Busse alle paar Minuten), allerdings wäre eine kurze Info über die verschiedenen Buslinien und die damit erreichbare U- und S-Bahnhöfe für Berlin-Unerfahrene sehr hilfreich - die fehlte uns in der ansonsten vorbildlichen Besuchermappe. Insgesamt genau das, was wir gesucht und erwartet hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die gepflegte großzügige Ferienwohnung mit
guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Hauptbahnhof ist 7 Busminuten entfernt) war für unseren Kurzurlaub die perfekte Wahl.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Berlin-Entdecker

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, die mit Herz und viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es fehlt an nichts und kleine Details wie eine gut sortierte CD-Sammlung, eine kleine Hausbibliothek mit guter Berlin-Lektüre (vom Roman bis zum Geo-Sepecial), schöne Gesellschaftsspiele oder ein Eis-Crusher lassen schnell ein Zu-Hause-Sein-Gefühl aufkommen. Einzig etwas hochwertigeres Mobiliar für die Dachterrasse haben wir vermisst. Auch unseren beiden Söhnen (10 + 12) hat es super gefallen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und die Wohnung auch interessierten Freunden weiter empfehlen.
