The completely equipped holiday apartments 'Reiselust' and 'ReiseRaum' are located in the 3-city-triangle between Bochum, Witten and Hattingen in the Ruhrauen in the nature reserve 'Kemnader Stausee'. You will live close to nature and yet central and you can reach all attractions of the cultural capitol RUHR.2010 in a short time. For work stays, culture, sightseeing, hiking, golf and a lot of other types of sports, you will have an ideal location with spacious apartments, a stunning view and a sunset space in the garden. The apartments consist of a small hallway, one or two spacious living room-bedrooms, a modern shower/bath and a fully-equipped kitchen. The respective inner cities of Bochum, Witten or Hattingen can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The highway A 43 is only 1.7 km away. With public transportation (stops nearby) you can reach the surrounding cities quickly and without problems.

The 48 m² large holiday apartment 'Reiselust' consists of a small hall, a spacious living-bedroom, a modern shower/bath and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200), commode and storage possibilities can be separated from the living room through a sliding system. In the living room you will find a sofa bed (80 x 250) with a couch table, a large closet, two commodes and a small library. In both areas you can use the TV with a video/DVD and radio with CD/MP3. The shower/bath has modern furnishing and is spacious with a stunning view into the Ruhrauen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, sink, 2 plate stove and a dining table.
