Super Haus, super Pool, gute Lage

Wir können dieses nagelneue und sehr schöne Haus sehr empfehlen.
Neben der tollen Ausstattung, der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und dem schönen großen kinderfreundlichen Pool ist die Villa günstig im Süden von Cape Coral gelegen. Cape Harbour, den Strand am Yacht Club und einen nahegelegen Supermarkt erreicht man in kürzester Zeit. Da die Wege zu den Stränden (Sanibel, Ft. Myers,..) und zu den Outlets (Tanger, Miromar) vom Norden von C.C. her sehr lang sind, können wir diese Lage des Ferienhauses nur empfehlen.
Die deutschen Vermieter und die deutschen Hausverwalter vor Ort sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das große Masterschlafzimmer und Bad sowie das 2-Betten-Zimmer mit Bad sind im Haupthaus und das dritte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer ist wie eine Art Einliegerwohnung über den Poolbereich zu erreichen.
Wir waren ingesamt zu sechst. Unsere 2- und 7- jährigen Kinder waren total begeistert und haben fast den ganzen Tag im Pool verbracht.
Da wir schon öfters in C.C. waren und mehrere Eindrücke gesammelt haben, können wir diese Villa wirklich sehr empfehlen.
