The holiday house of Island Hvar is villa with private garden and swimming pool. The VillaHvar is situated near the seaside (about 50 m) in a quiet part of the city of Hvar. The “Aparthotel Pharia” is located nearby and provides the service of reception. Hvar villa were built in the spring 2007 completing. HVAR VILLA (157 m²):: No. of beds: 8 + 2 Location: 50 metres from the seaside, 15 minutes walk from the centre of the city of Hvar; very peaceful part of the town The house contains: kitchen/living room / dining room, 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms(1 with bath, 3 with shower), terrace and a garden. Kitchen equipment: dish washer, refrigerator, oven, range-hood, 4 ceramic hot plates, coffee machine, toaster Other equipment: air conditioning, satellite television, HI-FI, hair drier, direct telephone line in the house Garden (500 m²): open pool (24 m²) , terrace, garden, grill.

The island Hvar in Dalmatia is one of the biggest islands of Adriatic. She offers numerous different facets to her guests. Thus one can go either by the car over the mountains, discover small, original Winzereien and Käsereien on unfastened side routes still as well as take it easy in the state and be relaxing. Besides, the island Hvar is the probably sunniest island of Croatia. The island itself is to be reached best of all about the ferry which oscillates from Split to Stari degree in the two-hour tact. Besides, the ferry transports not only persons, but also cars. The capital of the island, the city of Hvar of the same name, lies in a bay on the southwest side embedded. It is a tourist as well as cultural centre. To Split, Dubrovnik and Milna on the island Brac there are different ferry connections. Because the city of Hvar can already look at a long-standing history, numerous historic architectural monuments and places of interest are found here.

villa mare ist eine sehr schöne und saubere villa, die mit allen nötigen ausgestattet ist. falls doch mal etwas fehlt, bekommt man sehr rasche hilfe von der rezeption des hotel pharias.
man kann auf wunderbar grillen. ausgezeichneten fisch und fleisch gibt es am täglichen markt in hvar. es gibt gleich ums eck einen kleinen supermarkt. perfekt zur täglichen versorgung mit brot und co.
der weg in die stadt hvar führt entlang der bucht und ist ein sehr schöner weg, kann manchmal auf den nachhause weg etwas lang werden, gehzeit ca. 20 minuten.
man kann diese villa nur empfehlen!!

Alles bestens. Sehr schöner Urlaub. Tolles Haus doch leider preislich in der Hochsaison für mind. 5 Pers. empfehlenswert.
