Completely surrounded by canals, it can be discovered by canoe or a small boat (Available). From here you can reach the sea on a waterway. Absolutely peaceful residential area, no high rises or residential complexes. The stunning beach is only a few minutes drive away. Wilton Manors with its small bars, restaurants and shops are located nearby and is a secret tip in Fort Lauderdale - can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or also with bikes in 2 minutes. The strolling area of Las Olas with the best restaurants is also only a few minutes drive away. Pure shopping is located in front of the door and one of the largest outlet centers of the USA is only a 30 minute drive away. Miami/South Beach 30 minutes, Key West and Orlando 3.5 hour drive.

In the living room and in the master bedroom there is also an open bio-ethanol/gel fireplace. Small motor boat and 2 mountain bikes are included in the rental price.

Final cleaning is obligatory after a stay of $110 and NOT included in the rental price. We are happy to help you with rental car bookings, hotel rooms for excursions, etc. pick-up from the Miami Airport or Ft. Lauderdale for a fee. Also bookable for $ 250 /per day is a 'personal shopper' (German) that knows all smart shopping secrets according to your wishes and will help you search long for the right store and save you a lot of money. Talk to us. You want to get married on the beach in Florida? A romantic dinner on the terrace with a private cook? We can also help with this. Whether fitness studio, sushi/Thai or pizza service, tooth pain, testing or also private massage on the terrace through a German physical therapist?? We are there for you!

Vorweg gleich eines: Gern immer wieder!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem absoluten Kleinod für Romantiker in toller Lage direkt am Kanal von Wilton Manors. Vor Blicken geschützt durch den tropischen Garten lädt es ein zum Entspannen im gepflegten Pool und auf der gemütlichen Terasse. Auch im Inneren wurden wir mit exquisiter und liebevoller Ausstattung empfangen, so dass wir uns gleich wie zuhause fühlten. Perfekt ausgestattet ist das ganze Haus, angefangen von der riesigen Küche über die Designbäder, das Schlafzimmer und allen anderen Räume. Alles war völlig neuwertig, modern und nach unserem Geschmack. Wem es in dem super Haus dennoch zu eng wird, der kann jederzeit mit dem bereitgestellten kleinen Boot den Kanal entlangfahren und die Gegend von der Wasserseite betrachten oder man schwingt sich auf die zwei im Preis enthaltenen Top- Mountainbikes.
Die Vermieter sind total nett und entspannt und haben uns über den gesamten Zeitraum, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise klasse unterstützt, beraten und mit wertvollen Urlaubstipps versorgt.
Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen und uneingeschränkt empfehlen und für uns steht fest: wenn wir das nächste mal nach Florida reisen, dann ist die Entscheidung schon getroffen - nur hier!!!

Einfach ein Traum mit tollem Ambiente. Herausragend die liebe Detailleinrichtung - im Garten sowohl als auch im Haus.
Das Boot (klein aber fein) vor dem Haus (am eigenen Anlegeplatz) macht die Ausflüge auf dem umfangreichen Kanalnetz zu einem echten Erlebnis.
Wir waren bisher sehr verwöhnt, durch Hausmieten an der Cote und in Porto Cervo (Sardinien), und waren schier sprachlos ob der tollen allumfassenden Qualität.
SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!!!!
