Review of 430qm luxury finca with pool

We had a wonderful family holiday at this villa in July / August 2009. When making the booking we found the owners most helpful and polite. I would recommend that a more detailed description of the villa and it's facilities be added to this site as the description does not do the villa justice. It has very recently been refurbished, all fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and the audio visual entertainment system is very impressive.

The villa is very spacious and the gardens are of a generous proportion too, with lovely planting and lighting for the evenings. We have two young children, aged 7 and 5 and we found the villa very child friendly, as were the gardens and the fabulously designed swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The villa is ideally placed to explore the nearby towns of Campos, Ses Selines and Santanyi, as well as the beaches at Es Trenc (although the beach at Llombards is a much better option).

A beautiful villa, in beautiful surroundings, what more can we say.

We throughly recommend it.

Luxus und Erholung pur

Wir haben uns in der Finca sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Finca ist trotz ihrer Größe sehr gemütlich, viele liebevolle Einrichtungsdetails schaffen eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist perfekt durchdacht und hochwertig. Dank eines fest gemauerten Grills und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche muss man nicht jeden Abend eines der umliegenden Restaurants aufsuchen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern laufen sehr leise und sind im Hochsommer von Vorteil. Obwohl das Haus noch recht neu ist, ist der Garten mit großen Palmen, vielen Blumen und Rasenflächen wunderschön angelegt. Im rießigen Pool hatte nicht nur unser Sohn viel Spaß, und den außen liegenden Jaccuzzi möchte man eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen. Die Finca liegt umgeben von Feldern ruhig an einer kaum befahrenen Straße. Daher ist ein Auto absolut empfehlenswert um die Märkte der Umgebung zu besuchen, um zum Es Trenc Strand oder zum einkaufen zu kommen. Wir haben uns super erholt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Erholsame Mallorcaferien

Wir haben uns auf der Finca vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gross, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und den grossen Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Finca liegt abseits vom grossen Rummel und eignet sich hervorragend zum Ausspannen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert um die Umgebung zu erkunden, zum Einkaufen oder für den Besuch eines feinen Restaurants. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen und sicher auch selber gerne wieder einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
