The house can be rented in three separate parts or completely. Apartment 1: (2 people). Spacious eat-in kitchen, 1 bedroom with terrace and direct access to the garden with pool, bathroom with shower, separate WC, large entrance area with cloakroom. Apartment 2: (2 people). Very large eat-in kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC. Private entrance and direct access to the garden and pool. House 3: (with 4 double rooms for about 8 people, plus top floor for another 8 people on request). Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, large living room with view of Kitzbühel, library with open fireplace, WC, cloak room. Access to the garden, pool, terrace. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub, WC Top floor: 2 double beds with private bathroom. If you bring along your own sleeping accommodations, up to 8 or more people can stay, on request.

Very large and spacious, family-friendly house with an unbelievably beautiful view of the city of Kitzbühel, which can be reached in a 5 minute walk. The house is very well-lit and also ideal for larger groups. The rooms are very spacious with a room height of about 3.3 m. The private garden with pool and BBQ is a pleasure for the entire family/group.

The golf club Schwarzsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hiking options directly in front of the door. To the lift station Hahenkamm it is 1 km, lift station Pulverturm 500 m from here you can reach the ski swing Hahnenkamm and Streifalm directly. Beautiful hiking-cycling paths. There are 2 bicycles in the house. Kitzbühel is a paradise during the summer and winter.
