Photos and Description of this Cape Coral holiday villa

The villa was finished in summer 2003. It lies on a 1000 sqm big plot, directly along a 170 ft wide canal in a quiet and yet centrally located neighborhood. It has a living area of 188 sqm. The fully air-conditioned house has 3 bedrooms, two of them having access to the pool, it has 2 bath rooms, a big living room, a cosy dining room, and a big kitchen that is separated by a nice and cosy breakfast area by a bar counter. All rooms and the terrace area are additionally equipped with fans on the ceiling. On the screened terrace there is a sitting area with sufficient seats, 4 sun chairs and a grill. The pool has a baby protection and csn be heated over a electrical head pump. Our comfortable living room has cable TV, stereo device, VCR and DVD player. From the cosy sitting corner in front of a glass front of about 5 m you may enjoy a great view to the terrace, the pool and the wide canal.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
