Romantic 300-year old village house in Bunyola (street to Soller, only 15 km from Palma). Originally used as a horse stable for the police, after complete restoration the house now has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, salon, work area, a large kitchen with access to the patio with a dining area, coy pond and a small sun terrace. All amenities like a dishwasher, washer/dryer combo. WLAN, German satellite TV with LED television or a high-quality sound system are available. Furthermore, each bedroom has an Ipod/Mp3 speaker, down pillows and alternative synthetic pillows for those with allergies. During renovation, old elements like the stone floors and walls were placed in contrast with materials like pavement, concrete and clear finished steel and aluminum. This creates an architecture that appears modern and urban despite the age of the house.
