Our house is furnished in a romantic cottage style and is located in the city part of Gosau-Mitteltal in an absolute peaceful location w/open view of the horse boxes from the neighbors to the wild Gosaukamm mountains. Directly in front of the house you will find our biological pond for swimming (8x20m) which is fed in by our own springs and gives our guests a welcome refreshment after an expansive mountain tour. All apartments are fully equipped with bed and table linens, and complete kitchens, some with dishwasher. South and west facing balcony and terraces allow for breakfast or dinner during the summer with a stunning panorama view. All important shops, and banks, inns, etc. can be reached within a few minute walk. The mountain cars are also only a few minutes drive away. Our house is ideal as a starting point for mountain tours, hikes and mountain bike tours. But also for trips to Salzburg, Bad Ischl or to Hallstatt.

Mountain climbing and hiking: Our house offers an ideal starting point for mountain hikes of all difficulties, from short hikes to multiple day routes around the Dachstein. The Dachstein region (world heritage site) allows for additional climbing, mountain climbing tours, high mountain climbs on the Dachstein summit (3000m), paragliding, and easy to extreme mountain bike tours (See Salzkammergut-Trophy).

Swimming: Only a few minutes by car from our house you will find the Gosausee with swimming options (diving center), the Hallstättersee is about a15 minute drive away. Directly by the house is our private biological swimming pond (8x20m).
