Our exclusive pool villa was created in 2009 and is located south of Cape Coral, directly on a saltwater canal in the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best residential and desired areas in the city of Cape Coral. In only minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico with a sportsboat. The entire living room area is completely air conditioned. (Master bedroom has own a/c!!) From the living room you can have a view of the pool, the garden and the bordering saltwater canal. Four bedrooms with own bathrooms and separate office make you stay unforgettable! IN the office you will find telephone, fax, scanner, wifi - everything you need. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar facing the pool and directly next to it is the super comfortable dining room with a view of the water! Luxury-Luxury-Luxury.

    The prices mentioned are for the entire house for a booking of up to 4 people. For each extra person, only € 75 per week is charged.

  • No hidden costs!!! Electricity and water costs, house instruction and care by our German and English speaking house management are included in the rental price. Telephone (local conversations free of charge)
    Internet, trash fees, regular lawn and pool service.
  • Minimum rental length of one week. During Christmas and Easter, the minimum rental length is 2 weeks. There is a seasonal fee of 10% for Christmas and Easter. Plus 11% taxes for Florida sales tax. The cost for the final cleaning is $ 150 - and is to be paid on site in cash.

Top Adresse für Boater

Top Adresse speziell für Boater durch die sehr kurze Anfahrt zum River.
Das Haus ist super. Sehr hohe Räume, daher ist keinerlei Zugluft durch die sehr gute Klimaanlage spürbar. 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigener Dusche/WC. Anreise sehr spät (in unserem Fall Nachts um 0.30 Uhr) absolut problemlos. Verwalter hat auch zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Auf unsere Antwort, dass alles super ok ist dann die Antwort: Zitat"Sie haben es doch auch nicht anders erwartet".Dies beschreibt eigentlich alles. Einfach Top !!

Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns positiv aufgefallen ist: Das Boot
Es war in einem tatellosen Zustand und verfügt über eine sehr gute (Sicherheits)-Ausstattung wie funktoinierendes Funkgerät, Schwimmwesten, Signalpistole, 2 x 12 V Starterbatterien, automatische Feuerlöschanlage im Motorraum, zusätzliche Handfeuerlöscher und GPS - Navigation, die das Fahren vereinfacht. Ausserdem wurden noch mehrere Seekarten des gesamten Seegebiets um Cape Coral zur Verfügung gestellt. Dies ist, will man bestimmte Orte besuchen, für die Übersicht über das Gebiet auch unbedingt ratsam.
Dass die ausführliche Einweisung und 2 - stündige Fahrt in das zwar weitflächige jedochdoch sehr flache Tidengewässer mit meist nur 3 bis 6 Fuss Wassertiefe auch für uns mit Bootsführerschein und Erfahrung auf dem Bodensee und auch auf See nicht verkehrt war hat sich daran gezeigt, dass wir weder den Seatow noch einen neuen Propeller gebraucht haben. Es wurde uns auch gezeigt was mit dem Boot machbar ist und was man besser vermeiden sollte, incl. Tipps für Restaurants und für das Picnic auf einer der Inseln. Sollten wir noch erwähnen, dass das Boot als Mietboot versichert war? Es war als Mietboot versichert. Aber das haben wir inzwischen ja wohl auch nicht anders erwartet.
Noch ein Wort zur Kaution. Wir haben diese nach unserer ersten Übernachtung vor Ort in bar geleistet und am letzten Tag noch vor der Abreise in bar zurückerhalten. Noch fragen?
Fazit:
Haus: sehr gut, Boot: sehr gut. Beides als Paket: ausgezeichnet.
Hausverwaltung und Abwicklung:ausgezeichnet.
Preiswürdigkeit: Reell. Dem Gebotenen angemessen.
Wir waren mit 6 Personen da. Es wäre reichlich Platz für 8 Personen.
Wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wirklich Top.
