A dream, an oasis for the whole family, including dog and cat! In a hill overlooking a unique bird sanctuary, and the canoe track on Lake Como is the property with two single houses in the most lovely stone / wood-style, in a huge beautiful garden with open terraces. The property is well suited for peace-seeking friends, lovers, a large family or several families who want to vacation together. One house with quasi three residential units and one house with a residential unit. Each unit has its own outdoor (terrace, balcony), but you can if you want to share in the large garden for barbecues take. Note: You reach the house about a long staircase from the parking lot. By car it is about three minutes to Sorico and 5-10 minutes to Colico, where you will find everything (ferry, rail, shopping, beaches, sports ,...) what you need. Isolated, yet the action. UNIQUE!

An extremely beautiful place with a wonderful bird sanctuary. The Auslaufarm of Lake Como offers a unique idyll. There are wonderful canoeing and has all the tourist amusements and sports facilities nearby (Colico, Gera Lario, Domaso ,...) From here you can enjoy access to the lake on both sides. There are small Rstaurants and cafés and a fantastic fish restaurant.
