Villa Tequila Sunrise is the perfect location to relax - the ideal 'wellness house with all the comfort you like in your vacation'' in an absolutely quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. The villa is located on a wide intersecting canal with a gorgeous view onto the water. The river can be reached within 5 minutes (no lock). The interior is modern and colours vary from creme/darkbrown to burgundy. On 180 m2 airconditioned living area you have 3 bedrooms (2 master suites and 1 guest bedroom) and 2 baths. The open American kitchen is fully equipped. The comfortable livingroom offers plenty of seatings. Livingroom and one master bedroom have TVs/DVD. For your convenience you have WIFI. The very spacious veranda faces south and has some inviting sofas to relax - not to forget the hammock. Pool and hot tub can be electrically heated. From the veranda you come to the large boat dock which is a perfect place to suntan.
