This ground-floor apartment stands in an idyllic, quiet location, on the cliffs along the foot path to the lighthouse. Fantastic sea and fishing port views and sunsets can be enjoyed from the terrace. To enjoy a quick, refreshing splash, one can jump in the water directly from the terrace or, ideal for families with children, walk approx. 100 m to the small sandy beach. The apartment offers enough room for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two separate beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC, wash basin and Bidet. The apartment’s dining-room seats 4 people. The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, hob, freezer and fridge, washing machine, microwave, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Porto Colom, a natural anchoring bay, has maintained the majority of its original fishing buildings and structures. This lends a calm and peaceful atmosphere to it. The old town centre dating from last century serves as second domicile for many inhabitants of Felanitx, particularly in the summer months. The more modern parts of the village offer various leisure activities in the summer. Here you can find a large sand beach and two smaller sandy stretches. For the ones who like sport activities, the town offers many opportunities and possibilities to enjoy themselves. In the center of Porto Colom you will find restaurants, bar, bakeries, supermarkets, hairdressers, pharmacy, magazines shops and much more. In the idyllic port, with many multicolored boat sheds, lie traditional fishing boats beside modern yachts, sail and excursion boats. With excursion boats you can explore the east coast from Cala Ratjada to Colònia de Sant Jordi.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 195,-€ into our bank account is required . After the booking, we send a location map and airport-to-the-villa route description.The remaining balance (650,-€) is due in cash upon arrival at the apartment. You will be met at the apartment to give you the keys and house information.

    All prices are per week and object. The price includes one week stay with use of the object by up to the maximum given number of occupants (4 persons), towels and linen (changed weekly), water, gas and final cleaning. Property is cleaned between tenants.
  • The changeover day is flexible.
    Arrivals after 03:00pm (15:00), Departures until 11:00am (11:00).
    The minimum stay is usually 1 week but we consider shorter and longer rental periods.
