The villa is situated at only 30 meters of the beach. The beach can be reached directly through a private path over the plot of the villa. The house was build on two levels. Downstairs are the 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. From all the rooms there is an incredible view of the sea. One of the bedrooms has a soccer table and another bedroom has a play station. On the first level there is an open plan living room with piano and dining area. The big windows offer you a spectacular view of the cala, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dining table and direct access to the terrace. Next to the kitchen there is a guest toilet. Next to the house there is large terrace again with beautiful views towards the ocean. There is a lounge area and a large dining table offering space for 9 people. there garden is full with trees, plants and flowers. Very high standard house.

This lovely villa situated in Cala Deia has a private path that will take you to the beach (50 meters). At the beach there are two restaurants. One is more like a snack bar and the other one serves fresh fish. The size of the plot is 2.200 m2. The village of Deia is 1 km away from the house. Pto. Soller can be reached in only 10 minutes by car. Palma and the airport are 20 km away. This is the most beautiful part of the island. Valldemossa is only 15 minutes away from the house.

  • The cleaning costs are €125,-. Cots/cribs: €5,-/ day. Highchair: €5,-/ day.
    Bedlinen and towels will be provided at no costs. To enjoy your holiday more the pool and the garden will be maintanced and if you stay longer than 7 nights your bed linen and towels will be changed and the house will be cleaned. Schöne Finca mit viel Charme

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) am 3.10.2009 nach Deya gereist und haben eine hübsche Finca mit viel Charme zum Detail von dem freundlichen Vermieter-Paar für 1 Woche übernommen.
Die Wohung ist sehr gepflegt und ist gut eingerichtet.

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Finca bietet genügend Möglichkeiten, sich draussen zu verweilen.

Durch einen schönen Pfad gelangt man direkt von der Finca zur Meer-Bucht. Mit Kleinkinder von 2 bis ... absolut geeignet.
Man kann jederzeit spontan ans Meer bezeihungsweise wieder in die Wohnung.
Zudem gibt einen wundervollen Laufpfad an der Küste entlang, welcher zum Verweilen einlädt.

Wir waren mit der Entscheidung diese Finca zu buchen vom Angebot übertroffen worden und können diese nur weiter empfehlen.

Zu beachten ist, dass man auf ein Mietauto angewiesen ist zum Einkaufen. Das Dorf liegt ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt, wobei man das Nötigste einkaufen kann. Für grössere Einkäufe empfehlen wir Soller, wobei der Ort ca.15-20 Fahrminuten von der Finca entfernt liegt.

Viel Spass im Urlaub.
