Beautiful condo in the tropicially landscaped Bellamar community, built in 2004. The newly furnished unit has Bamboo flooring in the living area, fully tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms.The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser). Kitchen cabinetry features solid wood doors and granite counter tops. In the pantry adjacent to the kitchen are a full-size washer and dryer. Zentral heat and air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and on the lanai. Master bedroom with king size bed, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, bidet and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom with two twin beds and bath with one sink and bathtub. In the living room a queen sleeper sofa, 43' flat-screen TV plus DVD player. Small TV in master bedroom. Cable TV and wireless high-speed internet. Lanai with table, four chairs, chaise lounge and electric grill. Beautifull view of the lake from the lanai. Garage.

The Bellamar community is quiet but centrally located, only 20 min. by car to Southwest Florida Int. Airport (RSW). Supermarkets are just around the corner- 2 min. by car or 10-15 min on foot. The beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island are only 8-10 min away by car. Tanger Outlet Center (7 min. by car), Miromar Outlets and Coconut Pointe Mall (both 25 min. away) offer great shopping. The greater Ft. Myers area has wonderful opportunites for nature lovers- Lovers Key State Park, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, and Corkscrew Swamp Audubon Sactuary- just to name a few.

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist optimal für 4 Personen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügen beide über ein separates Badezimmer mit eigener Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer und die offene Küche bilden das Zentrum der Wohnung und trennen die beiden Schlafzimmer voneinander.

Die Ausstattung ist absolut super. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen riesen Fernseher sowie einen DVD-Player und in der Küche fehlt nichts, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. Sogar ein Grill ist vorhanden, den man auf der Terasse mit Seeblick benutzen kann.

Die Lage der Wohnung in Fort Myers ist ebenfalls gut. Es sind 2 große Supermärlte in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Fort Myers-Beach benötigt man nicht einmal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!!!
