10 Bedroom 9 Bath 5550sq ft, three story home with a large, heated, private pool. Enjoy great gulf views from this beach home with large decks off the back. Loaded with extras this home could satisfy any group, big or small. “Triple Crown" divides into 3 separate units (A,B &C) providing three living rooms and three kitchens. The A & B units each have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The C unit (Penthouse) has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Located in the Seaside-Seagrove area you are sure to find plenty of shopping, dining and children's activities to satisfy your every need in walking distance. Plenty of parking for large groups including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and reunions.

In the bedroom on the first floor, is a bunk bed with a twin on top and full size bed on the bottom. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa too. On the second floor, two bedrooms have King Size beds and the other has 2 twin beds. On the third floor, there is a King size bed in this bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den area. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Gulf-Front, Gulf-Front, Private Home, Heated Private Pool, Seagrove Beach (30-A), Sat-Sat Rental, Private Pool, Private Pool, Internet Access.

My extended family of 21 spent Christmas week at the Triple Crown and loved it! The house was beautiful and offered both privacy for couples and individuals as well as spaciousness for the whole family to get together. Stores are close by and the kitchens are well equipped to do most any kind of cooking. The beach was gorgeous and everyone had a ball in the pool. We had one beeping fire alarm which was too high to reach and the owners were there within minutes to fix it. They even allowed us to send presents ahead of time so we wouldn't have to lug them on the trip there. Truly an awesome experience!
