Two-story residential house, about 300 m2, built about 25 years ago on a cliff. In the upper area you will find 2 bedrooms and a bath with a tub. One bedroom has a balcony, the other goes out onto a very large terrace from which you will have a fantastic view of the Bay of Cala Jondal and a view of the Bay Es Codolar. In the lower area, you will find the spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace, 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub. From the salon, you can enter a large covered terrace and from there, the large open terrace where a pool is integrated (about 10x5m). Behind the house is the cliff descent.

The Cala Jondal is located in the southwest of the island, 5 km from the airport (distance to Ibiza-city: 10 km). It is still one of the most untouched bays in Ibiza, only with individual, widely dispersed constructions without hotel facilities or holiday resorts. It is one of the most beautiful areas on the island. The house was built on a cliff with an unobstructed view of the Cala Jondal, about 300m from the sea. It is setup facing the south, which guarantees sun throughout the day.
