Villa in Puerto Petro, very quiet residential area, only 100m from the sea, four big double bedrooms, two with bath en Suite, and another complete bathroom and toilet, a room for employees with a private bathroom, big living room with a door to the terrace and the garden, terraces with sea-view, barbecue, floor-heating, garage for 3 cars. The property is situated in an area with many little bays and beaches including Ses Salines, Cala Mondragó, Cala des Pou and others. Nearby there is a golf course, sailing, tennis, paddel, horse riding,playground and a natural park only 10 minutes away. There are excursions to the island of Cabrera. The price includes the maintenance of the pool and the garden and a cleaning service three times a week.
