Ferienwohnung in Aschau

Just Perfect.
Very nice location wit great mountain views.
The home was like new and impeccably clean.
The Ferienwonung is not stand-alone, but part of a larger building. The rooms are well insulated. Even tough we had neighbors with (noisy) little children, indoors we did not hear a sound. There is a large terrass, opening into a large lawn.
It is part of a small Holiday village with a restaurant and a small shop (the only one in the village of Aschau) where you can find practically all you need and order fresh bread for the next morning.
Next to the restaurant is an alpine lake with playing area's for the kids. If they can stand the cold water, they can even swim, or just feed the local wildlife.
For the cars there is a separate (covered) parking area.
Be prepared for (limited) up and downhill walking between the holiday home and the shop/restaurant.
Many hiking trails start close to the village, ranging from very easy to advanced.
The holiday destination of Aschau is only 20 minutes away by car. Kufstein in Austria is about the same distance.
An hour driving will bring you to Munchen or Salzburg.
We could hardly have picked a better spot for hiking the mountains.
