Photos and Description of this Seravezza holiday cottage 2 bedrooms , 4 persons

With a small car you can reach the back door. Otherwise you can park your car in the parking, which is just 10 m. from the entrance. The house has got 3 floors. Downstairs the sitting room and the kitchen are open plan with one French window overlooking the terrace and the view over the mountains. Next to it is a shower and wc. On the 1st floor there is a nice living room with two comfortable sofas and a fireplace. On the 2nd floor there are a bedroom with a kingsize, a shower &wc and a bedroom with a bunk bed which can be turned into a double bed. The fine fornitures give it an air of warm and refined elegance: wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors downstairs und Parquet in the bedrooms.

A gem in the heart of Versilia, just 15 km from from the renowed sandy beaches of Forte Dei Marmi und from the small city of art of Pietrasanta. The house was recently completely restored and with love and care furnished. It gives a stunning view over the Apuan Alps and over the marble quarries of the Monte Altissimo, where Michelangelo began quarrying the white marble statuario for his Moses & Pieta in the sixteenth century. Pure air, quietness, relax, walks in the intact nature Natur can be alternated with sunbaths at our 20 km long sandy beaches or with escursions to the most famous Tuscan cities (Florence – 100 km, Pisa 25 km, Lucca 20 km, Volterra & San Gimignano). Also the romantic near islands of the Ligurian Gulf of Poets, Le Cinque Terre & Portovenere can be easily visited. It has the benefit of a terrasse with bbq, a Garten and 2 fireplaces – one in the dining- and one in the livingroom. The fine fornitures give it an air of warm and refined elegance.

Objekt entsprach 100 % der angegebenen Beschreibung.
Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort.
Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Lage mitten in den Bergen garantiert eine tolle Aussicht.
Mit unserem Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus waren wir vollends zufrieden.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem kleinen Paradies und es war einfach wunderschön !
Alle Angaben aus dem Inserat entsprechen voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Der Name ist Programm, hier stimmt einfach alles !!!
Vom Vermieter wird man super betreut und kann Diesen auch zu jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichen. Absolut zu empfehlen für einen tollen Urlaub in des Bergen, auch zum Strand sind es nur 15 km, eine halbe Stunde Fahtzeit mit dem Auto.
Ein ganz tolles Restaurant ist im gleichen Dorf, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.
Es hat uns jedenfalls riesig gefallen und wir können dieses Fereinhaus mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
