The holiday house 'ARTA' is located in a very quiet area in southeast Cape Coral and only 20 minutes drive from Fort Myers International Airport away. By the beach of Cape Coral you need about 10 minutes and about 20 minutes by car to the tropical islands of Sanibel and Captiva with snow-white beaches and unspoiled natural parks. Cape Coral's main attraction, the Sunsplash Water Park at Lake Kennedy, is about 10 Auto-Min. from the house. Directly in front of the house runs a bicycle, which is very interesting bicycle tours through the city. A very big mall (shopping center) is located about 300 m away from the house, and walking or cycling distance. Through a very convenient location (Santa Barbara and Veterans Pkwy Blwd), it is an excellent location for numerous excursions in Florida.
