La Spezia holiday apartment

The apartment is really nice and, in my opinion, perfect for 2 persons (a lot of space in the room you can see on the picture - livingroom and the bedroom at the same time), though the kitchen is very small which makes it a bit hard to use.
Although there's no air conditioning, the apartment remains cool even if it's really hot outside - so no need to worry about the heat.
The location is just great, close to everything - restaurants, shops, market with fresh italian food (except for the beach - you need to take a bus/boat/train because La Spezia itself has no beach). However the central location also means it is sometimes noisy at night and early in the morning when the car comes to pick up the rubbish or when they open the store downstairs.
If you don't want to pay for the parking you need to take a 10-minutes walk to a free parking zone.
The apartment is cosy, nicely furnished and fully equipped (as the description says). A little disadvantage - no balcony.
The person who takes care of the apartment, welcomed us with a short walk around the center and left a few leaflets with useful information for tourists. We found it really nice and helpful.
To sum up,we definetely enjoyed staying there and I believe it's worth the money you pay for it.
