Watch the sunrise over the beach dunes facing the ocean from the east deck in the morning and the sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway from the west deck in the evening. This brand new house is just across the street from one pool and a short stroll from another. Located on a pond it's just a four minute walk to the private boardwalk over the dunes to the 16 mile long Port Aransas beach.
The house sleeps up to eight people. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed, each have their own bathrooms and share an outside shower and porch overlooking the back yard pond. The spacious master bedroom on the second floor offers a king size bed and private deck, walk in closet, two sink bathroom with an oversized double shower. The bright and elegantly decorated great room includes a full kitchen, dining area and stunning living room with two additional decks. All bedrooms have televisions with DVD players and overhead fans. A queen sized pull out couch in the living room, one car garage, stereo, vcr player, barbecue grill and washer dryer are among the amenities.

This is a non-smoking house. Small dog, under 15 pounds, well trained and leashed is permitted, no cats or other pets. Pet fee of $25 is nonrefundable.
