Here you can experience the original Portugal. Cosy renovated holiday home only 300 m from a long fine sandy beach. Very quiet area. Plot of 400 sqm fully fenced. House with 75 sqm floor area. Living room with sofa corner and TV. Dining room with seating for 6 people. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer and toaster. Bathroom. 2 double bedrooms each with a double bed 150x190. Storeroom with washing machine and ironing set. Terrace with garden furniture. Parking. 30 km to the airport of Porto. 3 km to a golf course to a casino and 'Espinho' city. Good highway access. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and banks only 200 meters. Sleeps up to 4 people. Pets welcome.
