The house is fully equipped. Open kitchen and living area of 50m², TV/SAT, microwave ,dishwasher,gas stove,icebox,washing machine, bid terrace,garden furniture for 6 persons, bid garage used as storage room. A car park is close to the house. The house is located in Gruissan-Mateille, 250 m from the laguna beach and 1.500 m from the main beach ( open sea). The yacht harbour can be reached within 15 , the center of Gruissan within 25 walking minutes . A bike rental outlet can be found just before arriving to the yacht harbour.

Gruissan is an old fishing village located on the coast with a contemplative, little center and a yacht habour with flair. It offers all sorts of water sports activities at various beaches and is an ideal starting point for bycicle tours with different levels of diffiiculty. Also the hiker will appreciate the close by mounting ranges of La Clape. There are lots of shops in Gruissan and the nearby Narbonne and many different weekly markets invite to shop and stroll. Many places of interest like i.e. Carcasonne, Lagrasse,Collioure or the Canal du Midi can be reached in less than in one hour drive.Persons interested in wine will be happy to find numerous winyards in the region.

  • Above prices are to be understood for an occupany with 4 persons. There is a surcharge of 40,-- per week and person for a 5th and 6th person if applicable. All cost of electricity, gas and water are included. The one-time fee for final cleaning is 85,-- EUR and is to be liquidated with our local administrator, same as a service fee of 25,-- EUR which will be charged for the assistance of the administrator upon arrival and departure. Bedclothes, towels and kitchen towels should be brought along.
