Only 5 min from Estepona centres, 5 min from the beach and nearby different golf courses and shopping centre and 1 hr from the international airport of Malaga. The lovely south-oriented house with a Moorish tower and arched windows is a new construction after the tasteful design of the owner. Area, architecture and furniture are a harmonic creation. The ground floor of the property features a large and bright living and dining with an attractive open fully fitted kitchen an breakfast bar. Around the two floor house are generous balustrade terraces. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys en suite bathroom and private terrace with sea views. The entire property is decorated to the highest standards. Generous furnished living-, dining- and bedrooms. All rooms feature with marble flooring and are air-conditioned. The big pool is surrounded by a huge flowered garden.

  • In the price is water, electricity, gardener and cleaning of the pool included. For any kind of demages the tenant have to pay a depositmoney of 300 € at the beginning of the rentaltime wich is of course refundable.
    50 % of the total rental amount is payable booking. 1 week before the agreed rentaltime the rest have to be payed.
  • Cancelation:
    30 days before renting is 20%, 15 days before renting is 50%, 2 days before renting is 80%
  • The villa is available always on saturdays at 16.00 hours.
    The house must be given pack on saturday at 10.00 hours.
