Our 2 room apartment is located in the Costa Calma only 50 m away from the most beautiful white beach of Fuerteventura in a new complex. The apartment was finished in 2008. This property is decorated with taste and has a living room with integrated kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and balcony. You can get on the balcony from the living room as well as from the bedroom. The balcony does not only invite for sunbathing but also for a pleasant stay. From the balcony you have a wonderful view on the bay of Costa Calma.

The water temperature is almost always between 19-24 degrees Celsius, also during the Christmas time. In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping possibilities. Good restaurants, various car-rental companies and a lot of sporting and free time options.
