Particularly cosy and individually furnished holiday home (wood house about 62 m²) in Extertal in a holiday park, renovated in 2008. The house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden that invites you for a stay and is surrounded by trees and bushes so that you can feel undisturbed. A large, covered terrace is present. There are three bedrooms available, 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 bunk beds. The room with bunk beds is connected to a bedroom. In the living room you will find an additional sofa bed. Connected to the living room is the dining space and the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, water cooker and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and WC. YOu can also heat with the wood oven or the electric heating. Very ideal for those searching for rest and relaxation; those who want change will also find a lot of worthwhile destinations nearby.

The holiday park Rott is located in the Extertal, idyllically bordering the forested hill of the Weser mountain land. From here there are a lot of excursion options, for example the Bückeburg castle with a riding school and mausoleum, for active people a ride with the rail cycle is a joy. Recommendable: adventure world Steinzeichen Steinbergen, also the rat catching city of Hameln, the historical old city of Lemgo, the bison enclosure Springe with interesting offers for children (including feeding wild animals, work shops). The open air museum Detmold- Westphalian museum for folklore offers interesting information and activities for adults and children. For nature lovers, the eagle look out Berlebeck, the largest and oldest birds of prey lookout in Europe (with a flight show) is an experience. More destinations: reservoir Schieder-Schwalenberg, Sternberg castle, the Doctor Lake in Rinteln, the Hermann monument, the Externsteine (possible ancient cult site).

The garden is well-kept and will be maintained at fitting times on agreement with the tenants for longer stays. There is a wood oven in the living room, if needed, wood can be purchased from the landlord. A small staircase leads to the house, 6 steps, the path to the house entrance, please consider if you have problems with climbing steps! Parking space for cars. If you do not observe the smoking ban in the house, the security deposit will be retained for a special cleaning. Upon arrival of more people than registered, access to the house will not be allowed.

Golfing options: About 20 minutes away by car in Bückeburg you will find the golf course 'am Harrl'. The four year old golf club am Harrl was wonderfully integrated into the surroundings of the Weserberg land directly on the Harrl by the internationally recognized golf course architect Jeremy Pern. The partially hilly ares is surrounded by a forest and made better through ponds and wet biotopes, but this also makes it more difficult. The course is a real challenge for all golfers, also ideal for beginners due to the 6 hole short course, the driving range, putting green and chipping area. The holes are beautifully located in the natural environment and very harmonic with the surroundings, however, the left-handed course is also a new challenge for experienced golfers.

Restaurant, activities in the holiday park: In the holiday park you will find a restaurant, a mini golf course, a playground, tennis courts and a soccer field that can be used partially for a fee.
