Living/dining room with Sofas, satellite TV and dining area with access to the terrace with sea views. Kitchen with 4 flame gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Store room with washing machine and ironing set. Central heating. 2 terraces and 1 balcony with garden furniture, sun couches and out door shower. 100 m to Cala Agulla beach, 300 meters to the shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, tennis courts and riding stables. In 10 minutes by car you can reach several golf courses, 8 natural sand beaches, several yachting ports
