The region of Porlezza is located on the street of Lugano to Menaggio (Comer Lake). In a unique location on the old shore street you will find the apartment directly by water. In the peaceful, exposed location with a view of Porlezza and the mountains, you can enjoy very romantic sunsets. To Porlezza it is only a few minutes on foot. Parking spaces directly by the house. Since there is a boat dock, you can also bring along your own boat. In the private garden you will find a BBQ area. The exclusively equipped apartment has 2 bedrooms, a maximum of 6 people would be possible.
