The house was extensively renovated in 2009 to the today standard. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of Cala Murada and in walking distance to the beach. The location ensures a private and quiet vacation in any season. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are built en suite, the house has an ideal size for families. The central place of the house is the living room with open kitchen and fireplace. Here people meet for dinner or to talk or just to read. In the garden beside the terrace - in which the pool is integrated - additional seats prepared so that each according to his preferences can use the garden. One of these seats is designed as a pavilion and is equipped with a beautiful brick barbecue.

From the airport to Cala Muarda it is approx. 65 km and due to the motorway existing to LLucmajor and the very well removed roads it only takes 50 to 60 minutes travel time. Cala Murada lies approximately in the centre between the two more well-known places Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo. The village Cala Murada is an Urbanisation which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the south-east of Majorca. The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire Urbanisation is green and is also suitable for expanded walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year round. Thus the Urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a stay. In the Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. Two beautiful beaches complete the picture.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Offer from October to May: stay 14 days and pay only 12 or stay 21 days and pay only 18.
    Prices are for the entire house and include the costs for bedsheets, towels, electricity, water and gas. For stays of 10 or more days the bedsheets and towels are changed every 7 days and a cleaning (can also be booked extra for a fee) of the house is done.
  • For every stay there is a one-time fee of € 160 for the final cleaning. The house is to be given back in a perfect clean condition upon the end of your rental.
  • For a booking/reservation, a down payment of 20% of the total rental price is due.
    The rest of the amount is to be paid in cash on-site upon arrival.
    The house is available on your arrival day after 2 pm and must be left on your departure day before 10 am. Other wishes are to be discussed and agreed upon with the booking.

Golf: Ca'n Pedro is located about 10 minutes (car) from the golf course Vall D'Or Golf, one of the most attractive golf courses on Majorca. But also the courses of Son Atem (East/West) or Capdepera can be reached well by car. An ideal starting point for a cozy and diverse golf holiday. We would be happy to help you with your reservation for start times and / or providing you equipment.

Biking: Particularly during the spring - but not only - a lot of vacationers enjoy excursions on bike. From Ca'n Betlet you can ride on a few interesting paths. We can find the appropriate bikes for you (racing tracks, mountain bike, cross-bikes, tour bikes). These are available for your desired date and will also be picked up again. On request, we can also arrange tours for you.
