Exits from here to the upper terrace level. A double bedroom with accompanying one YOU / WC at this residential level. A stair leads from the input area down to other 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and additional couch (+1 children) and another bedroom with a comfortable pull-out couch as well as 2 other baths. All baths in the house have under-floor heating. From the lower ground floor other accesses to the lower terrace level and the nice Pool–und barbel cue area.
