This unit was just remodeled, has a brand new kitchen with open bar to adjacent living room. It has brand new furniture and is now available for rent. New Bathroom remodel with shower and 2nd full bathroom with oval bathtub. The entire unit is bright with light tile flooring throughout. The Unit is equipped with all bedding linens as well as regular towels. Any kind of beach towels have to be provided by the renter.TV’ as well as a DVD player and CD Stereo System are part of the technical equipment of the house. Cable TV and Internet included. The large open kitchen features new cabinets and all major appliances and coffee maker. Assigned parking is included in the price just steps away from the front entrance of the building.
