The living room has a sofa bed for two people. In the bedroom is a large fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have one double bed. The bathroom on the first floor has a Jacuzzi, bidet, toilet and sink, the other has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Beautiful, new residential community in Playa Paraiso, one of the vacation areas between Los Cristianos and Los Gigantes, on the Costa Adeje. The facility has everything for a pleasant stay is required. The nearest beach is only about 15 minutes on foot. Due to its proximity to the Costa Adeje golf course, a small fishing village and fishing village of this restaurant is very centrally located yet away from tourist crowds. A car is not strictly necessary, since everything else is also within 15 minutes walking distance. Bus stop is in front of the plant.

haben diese Fewo mit 4 Erwachsenen für 11 Tage gebucht.
Einwandfreier ,neuwertiger Zustand - kein Billig Haus
- 2 Schalfzimmer mit
Doppelbett + 1 Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch.2 Terrassen
( aber nur eine möbliert)
Großer Flachbildschirm aber kein SAT TV nur Spanisch
Internet Anschluss mit DSL Flatrate
Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit großer Pool Landschaft.
Lager ruhig + etwas abseits daher unbedingt Mietwagen erforderlich

Abwicklung Zahlung ,Schlüsselübergabe etc problemlos

Nervig( deswegen keine 5 Sterne): in ca 300 m ist ein großen Hotelkomplex , der jeden
Abend eine nervtötente open air Veranstaltung bis 22.30 h
durchführt in erheblicher Lautstärke -- also erst nach 22.30 h
vom Essen zurückkommen ( Empfehlung in La Caleta ca
5 km mehrere gute Fischrestaurants)

Tip : keine Kaffeemaschine oder Kaffeekanne vorhanden -- ,mitbringen.
