Meine Tochter und ich haben 2 Übernachtungen in diesem Appartement verbracht und sind beide der Meinung dies muss wiederholt werden.
Wir waren zum 11.11. in Köln/Altermarkt und haben trotz des kalten Wetters eine riesige Stimmung erleben dürfen. Beim Feiern haben wir dann so die Zeit vergessen, dass wir erst gegen 2:00 morgens die Heimreise antraten, dank der guten Verkehrsanbindung lagen wir nur 25 minuten später in unserem gemütlichen Bett. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr ordentlich und sauber und dank des gebuchten Frühstücksservice (inklusive Kopfschmerztablette) konnten wir den nächsten Tag ruhig und gemütlich angehen lassen. Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen Karneval wieder...versprochen!

Habe drei wunderschöne Tage in Köln verbracht. Als Hamburger hat mir vor allem die rheinische Herzlichkeit der Vermieter gefallen. Das Appartment ist modern und sauber eingerichtet, das Haus ordentlich. Die Innenstadt ist leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Abends habe ich die Ruhe dieses nördlichen Kölner Stadtteils sehr geschätzt. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich vor allem den Service der Vermieter, die mir von heimischen Spezialitäten bis hin zum Fahrausweis für Bus und Bahn vieles organisiert haben. Für den Preis eine absolut gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Köln. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Gut:
Nette Vermieterin, okay eingerichtet.
Bushaltstelle fast vor der Tür.

Negativ:
Im Bad kein Warmwasser am Waschbecken;
sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn reden;
die Wasserleitungen machen Lärm;
weite Entfernung zu Dom-Hbf, 2 x umsteigen, Fahrt-Dauer ca. 45 Minuten.

Achtung:
Keine Geschäfte in der Umgebung, außer Bäcker, Imbiss und Bestatter. Ort wirkt wie ausgestorben.
