Experience the fourth most beautiful city in the world in a stunningly renovated, historical town home in an absolutely peaceful location, yet only a 10-minute walk form the famous market square. Only 12 km away you will find the famous spas of De Haan and Knokke. The house has three floors and lovely furnished bedrooms with double beds and a very large modern bathroom plus guest WC. A spacious, open built-in kitchen with a glass roof makes cooking with the gas stove and dishwasher an event. In the lounge area, you can enjoy a cosy movie night from the daybed with a large selection of DVDs. From here, you can enter the small, secluded sun terrace. One wall of the living room is from 1598 and gives the room a special flair in combination with the modern furniture. In the children's bedroom on the second floor you can sleep romantically under century-old oak beams.

  • The bathroom is located on the first floor of the house next to the two bedrooms. It is a spacious, light room with a large window. Downlights, a large mirror over two stylish sinks and an inviting bathtub with a shower make sure you have the feeling of wellness. On the ground floor is a guest WC with a small sink. On the ground floor, the large kitchen area goes into the living room. The roof of the kitchen is made of glass. The windows of the kitchen can be opened wide and thus create a direct passage to the terrace. In this way, you can cook under the open sky with a lot of air and light. If you decide not to eat in one of the restaurants in the city, it is a lot of fun to cook here.

The spaciously designed bedroom with wood floors and dark ceiling beams has a 160 x 200 cm double bed with great mattresses. From the bed you will have a view into the soft shine of the old street lamps on the peaceful river at night. The opposite bedroom is smaller and offers a 140 x 200 cm double bed with great mattresses. It is in light colours with white ceiling beams and an enchanting view of the old roofs of the city. The bedroom on the second floor is located in the loft of the house. You are guaranteed romantic dreams in the 140 x 200 cm double bed under the historic ceiling beams. From here you will also have a wonderful view of the river.

Notes: The house is a perfect holiday domicile. With the spacious rooms over two floors everyone will find their favourite place to relax. In the outer belt of the city you will find a few large supermarkets for your everyday needs. In the small delicatessens and wineries in the centre you will find the finer things in life :-) The green belt, which surrounds the city like a wall and starts 100 m from the house, is ideal for hikes, jogging or for going on walks with your beloved pet. By car, you can get to the baker in 3 minutes to get fresh croissants and bread and you can end the evening with a good glass of wine in style on the small terrace. There is a Wii for children (for rainy days). Have a good holiday.
