The Résidence Les Mimosas lies in a 3 hectare large, well tended park with pine, eucalyptus and mimosa trees, above the town centre of Boulouris, a suburb of Saint Raphael. The beach with its wonderful fine sand is approx. 700m away; further towards Cannes there is the rocky coastline and bays of the 'Côte de l`Esterel' to discover. This charming holiday residence has been newly refurbished and comprises apartments which are scattered throughout the park in groups of terraced houses. The complex offers a swimming pool and children’s paddling pool, a launderette (fees apply), internet point at the reception (fees apply), a multi-sports-pitch, a boules pitch, fitness room, whirlpool, sauna and steam room (fees apply). Further activities available in the near vicinity include diving, climbing, rafting, golf and a casino. The nearest shops are approx. 500m away. Parking within the complex (approx. 120 spaces).
