Wonderful, bright comfortable holiday apartment in 1A-situation in Kurfürstendamm. Comfort like cable TV, Hifi, ventilating fan, hairdrier and a lot take more make the vacation to the vacation. Absolutely romantically it is to be looked at night from the small balcony in the Berlin star sky. It is so quiet that you can sleep with open balcony door. Living-room furniture with sofa for being relaxing. Bathroom with wellness shower (5 versch. Ray strengths), cosmetics mirrors and cosmetics articles. Kitchen also with water cooker and a good prof. coffeemaker (also for espresso and to Foam) is equipped. The comfortable bed (145x200cm) which was let in a soft corner. For 3. + 4th person a comfortable sleeping sofa. Particularly we score by company assessments with our cleanness. We surprise you with many comfort like free coffee and tea, CD choice, town plan, info book. Also a free bottle of wine and 2 lending bicycles wait for you

swim & sun: They receive free lending bicycles, but also with the city railroad and the car they are quick in wonderful lakes. In 1700 metres of distance is of the Halensee. In the Halensee there are marvellous meadows and a sandy beach as the sun. Moreover, there is a Beach bar. One can lead on wooden footbridges and wooden surfaces from the shore in the water lie and sit. Marvellous footpaths. By the coach you are there at 5 minutes, the coach sets off directly on the place. To the Plötzensee they go by the car 5 Minutes (above the town highway). There one can delightfully swim. There is a long sandy beach, a water children's slide, a rope circus, warm showers and even more.

Bowling / Bowl : 100 metres: They are separated only by a place (approx. 100 metres) from bowlingcenter. You expect it modern roads for good prices. If they try out it sometimes, it gives awfully pleasure! Really practically, after your cone adventure they are after a few steps at home.

Indoorplayground : 100 metres: They travel with children? Directly on the place before the house there is a indoorplayground. Here your kids can rave in every weather according to heart desire, while they sit opposite comfortably with the Italian restaurant.

Damit haben wir bei diesem Preis wirklich nicht gerechnet! Ein Traum! Es war - ich muss es zugeben - sogar sauberer als wie bei uns zu Hause.
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet: Kerzenleuchter, gepflegte Pflanzen auf dem Balkon, Muscheln im Bad, große Teesortenauswahl. Es gab sogar Zucker, Kaffee, was Süßes und Wein!
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, obwohl wir sehr verspätet ankamen. Toll auch das wir erst abends abreisen müssen (ohne Aufpreis).
Verkehrsanbindung supi: Fährt direkt an der Straße
Empfehlung: Frühstück unten im Haus: Lecker! Schräg gegenüber gibts ein Bowlingcenter: Macht Spaß!
Wir kommen wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung wirklich jedem empfehlen: ein Glücksgriff
