The comfortably furnished 2 rooms apartment was renovated in 2009 and has a sunny garden sitting place and is located absolutely peacefully in the famous Principe Real district. You will live on the ground floor of a carefully renovated 6 famil home on a small street without through traffic. The apartment with a separate entrance has a small bedroom with a double bed and closet, a spacious well-lit living room with a sofa bed and an open ktichen and a bathroom with a shower. The special attraction is the patio, which invites you to relax and eat outside. The kitchen has modern and purposeful equipment (gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave). In the living room you will have cable television and a hifi system. On request, the entire apartment can have broadband internet access. A crib is provided on request.

The Principe Real is one of the most exclusive residential areas in the Portuguese capitol of Lisbon thanks to its central location, the beautiful views and the peaceful, friendly neighbourhood. In the park with a playground, cafe and restaurant young and old meet throughout the year. On Saturdays a bio-market attracts residents from the entire city and on the last Saturday of every month and on the following Monday, the Feira do Principe Real invites you to walk around with art works and anqitues. The central location and the good connection to the public transportation allows you comfortably holiday without a car. It is just a few minutes on foot to the neighbouring Bairro Alto with its restaurants, bars, cafes, discos & pubs. And it is a short walk to the botanical garden with its impressive flowers and rare plant types, into the traffic-free shopping center of Chiado, to the lively city of Baixa or to the Tejo River.

The best appartments are those, which one would buy immediatley on the first sight!
I can strongly recommend this accommodation for people who put an emphazis on a very close-by location to the night life district and who seek a modern and comfortable arranged, clean appartment which offers all the comfort to enjoy the perfect holiday in Lisbon.
Especially the owner is very nice :)
