Comfortable living with cornercouch, cable-TV, radio. West terrace and garden with garden furniture and a beautiful vista of mountain panorama. Separate kitchen with all luxury: dish washer, modern electric stove with baking, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, toaster etc. - and a cosy dinette. Sleeping room with double bed. Sleeping room with single bed. Bathroom with tub with shower, washing basin and WC, hair dryer. Hallway. Central heating. Child chair and baby bed are available. Parking lot at the house. No pets. The house lies centrally in the heart of Garmisch. Nice restaurants, bars an shops are within walking distance in the pedestrians' zone. The city bus stop, health resort park with bandstand are nearby. Footpath an 'Loisach' or the 'Kramerplateauweg' with fantastic view over the mountain panorama and Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within a short walking distance. Open year around.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und Alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Insbesondere Kinderhochstuhl und Wickelauflage waren für uns von Vorteil. Infomaterial über Touren in und um GAP (mit und ohne Kind) waren reichlich vorhanden, zudem wurden wir von den netten Vermietern mit Obst, Süßigkeiten und einer Flasche Mineralwasser versorgt. Die Süd-/West-Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge.
