Maximun comfort all around the year. THE HOUSE • 155 square meter floorspace • Living and dining room with fireplaces • 2 big and 1 small rooms which you find ground and first floor. • a completely equipped fitted kitchen with gas and electric stove, dishwasher etc. • 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, utility room • Central heating and fireplace • Telephone, TV, Internet connection, Stereo, DVD-Player • Laundry, towels etc. are included. • Covered terrace with barbeque • 2 bicycles The house was completely refurbished in 2004 and has easily sleeps 5 people. It is furnished with taste. Attention: there is a resident cat living, he spends most of his time outside, but be warned in case you have an allergy! GARDEN AND SWIMMINGPOOL • 1200 square meter garden with palms, olive and fig trees • Shady front yard, with double garage, wood-store and bike shed. • Swimming pool (8 by 4), open from May to October with a marvellous view to the hills.

Built in 1900 the house with garden ans swimming-pool is in the heart of a colourful little village and on the borders of the departments of Haute-Garonne, Gers and Ariège which offer you a huge variety of different activities including trekking, walking, biking, skiing or simply relaxing in the wonderful landscape of ‘French Tuscany’. Trekking friends: the nearest pathway starts in the village, the Pyreneens are close by. You will find numerous maps and guides in the house. Skiing: you are just one hour from the ski slopes. Bikings: 2 bikes are waiting for you in the garage. Other activities: Climbing park, zoo, hippic center... Daytrips: Toulouse, Andorra, Saint Bertrand de Comminges, Mirepoix, Albi, Carcassonne, Lourdes, etc.
